Niagara Grandview Manor is a grand, prominent property that sits on a ridge overlooking the Niagara Gorge. Constructed originally in 1891, this award-winning facility began as a Bed and Breakfast in 1961 and is the longest-running establishment of its kind in the Niagara Region. Today, Niagara Grandview Manor resembles a classic Victorian age hotel and is the main hub servicing of a collection of other Inns and Vacation Rental Units.
Totally renovated in 2020, all spacious, beautifully appointed guest rooms have balconies with a view of the Niagara Gorge, full ensuite baths with luxurious two persons showers ,king beds, air conditioning, cable TV, small refrigerator, private entrances. A number of rooms also include a fireplace. The rooftop suites feature ceilings between 12’ and 16’and feature spectacular views of the Niagara River and gorge.
Niagara Grandview Manor is on a property that features lots of topography, rising and sloping in many directions. The building sits about 50 feet above the level of the street, thereby enhancing the view of the Niagara Gorge. This also tends to keep the presence of street noise at a minimum. The building is also about 90 feet recessed from the sidewalk. Sixty five percent of the total land of Niagara Grandview Manor is covered with trees, grass, flowers.
The property is nearly one half acre in size and nearly two-thirds of it is covered with natural greenery. There are numerous Victorian gingerbread porches and many garden areas to unwind in. The Inn has a collection of reading materials about the Niagara Region for those who would like to find out more about this geologically unique and historically rich area.
Villa Alexandrea – 7 Bedroom Villa with ensuite baths offer fantastic accommodations for groups up to 14 persons. Enjoy a beautifully landscaped front yard of spacious rear year with BBQ. A full public park is located adjacent to the Villa with new tennis and basketball courts and complete playground equipment with plenty of green space to run and relax.
We have 3 four bedroom vacation rentals which are all adjacent to one another. Located on River Road, these rentals feature a location which is second to none and also Chef Joseph’s famous complimentary cooked to order breakfast.
