Guest Check In -Guests are welcomed by staff wearing full PPE. At check-in, all guests receive a pair of cotton gloves and a choice of a N95 Mask or N70 Bandana as a welcome gift.
Cleaning Protocols - NHI disinfects all hard non-porous surfaces multiple times per day. Rooms and public areas are sprayed with hospital grade disinfectants via electrostatic diffusers for maximum sterilization. Guest rooms and public areas are sterilized via hospital grade UV light machines.
Food & Beverage - Reduce in-person contact with guests and buffet service. Our expansive outdoor deck and patios together with our large dining room promote physical distancing
Laundry - Laundry is sanitized and sterilized via a recognized commercial laundry supplier.
Non Smoking Policy & Pets - Niagara Historical Inns is a Non-Smoking Facility as per Ontario law. This also includes cannabis and other illicit drugs. Any evidence of smoking inside the buildings will result in a fine of $250 and immediate eviction with no refund. Sorry, no pets allowed with the exception of service animals.
